# E-Paper screen broken

Any body have this problem?  
I have had the T1 since mid July, tough buy for the expense, but over all like it.

Need to get rid of the giant tape end and the magnet.

My E-Paper display went out half way.  
I spoke with Denys on Friday the last conversation he asked if I dropped the unit.

Now radio silence  
Anybody know of a reset? Or how to fix it.

Hello, the screen is likely broken so please keep in communication with our support team as that will be the best way to resolve (we try to respond within 24 hours on weekdays but our team isnt active during weekends).
