# Optical reader issues

My tape says the optical reader needs to be cleaned all the time. I cleaned it as per video but it keeps coming back on. What do I do? Also one of the rivets came off on the tape can this be replaced?

- Name
- Purchase location
- Photos of the two above issues
- Serial Name
