# P1-L not printing

The printer is connected to the app and the label rolls out as if it printed, but nothing is printed on the label.

I can’t add a video so I’m attaching these screen captures

Hi Mauricio, it looks like the labels are installed upside down, the yellow potion should be visible when exiting the printer (vs seeing the white backing)
