# Pipe bending equations in ROCK App

Is there a way to add our own formulas in the app. Being an electrician having pipe bending formulas already preset would speed up calculations

1. We would be happy to help add them, let us know which ones you use most frequently (and any references you have for calculations) and we would be happy to look into

For initial electrical conduit utilities, we are planning on the following
- Offset
- Parallel Offsets
- 3 point saddle
- 4 point saddle
- 90 degree bend
Will add more as time goes on but are there any specific ones of interest in the immediate term?

Hello! We have exciting news and will be including the following for Tuesday’s app release to begin the conduit bending calculators included in the ROCK App
- Offset
- Parallel Offsets
- 3 point saddle
- 4 point saddle
- 90 degree bend
We look forward to hearing everyone’s feedback and let us know if there are any others we should add too!

Nice. To save me time only needing to open one app to do my calculations or send it to my helper so he can bend it. I can’t wait to get the tape measure to actually try it out

We have included bending in the most recent update under the “Electrical” tab in Utilities! You can now try them all out - let us know what you think and if any others should be added!

What about the Pythagorean theorem. I use that at work. It would speed up my bends.

It’s always random they only set angles I do use are on the Bender 10 22.5 30 45 60 90.

Hi are you looking for the conduit bending ones? They are under the utilities tab and the “Electrical category”
Try restarting your phone as sometimes the cache needs to be reset

Is there a way to prioritize the electrical equations. Like a quick setting. And is there a way to scroll over the pipe bending like say for a four point or 3 point saddle the screen I can zoom out but I can’t move the background of the screen that shows the pipe it seems cluttered and hard to read

Hello! Once you use a utility it should automatically appear in the recent menu on the top of the screen.
Can you share a screenshot of what is cluttered? We are working on a few improvements here but it would be helpful to see from your perspective as well!
