I have uploaded spec files for appliances to the rock app and printed QR labels for each. When I scan the labels it takes me to file but doesn’t allow the file to open. Am I doing something wrong?
Hey Jason, can you share a screenshot of whats happening? The ROCK App doesn’t modify the URL at all so this could be a system/device issue as the QR code just points to a specified address.

Here are a couple of screenshots. The files uploaded are pdfs and were uploaded as files. I printed QR codes from in the second picture. The third picture is the labels printed.
