Trying to use ROCK app for first time. When trying to create account via Google SSO (after checking box to accept terms & conditions,) after selecting my Google account in the pop-up, nothing happens and I’m stuck at the account sign-up view. I can repeat the steps many times and nothing changes.
I’ve tried resetting app and creating account again. Also wiping cache/data for app. Even reinstalling the app; still fails to create account using Google SSO. There’s no apparent error, the SSO flow just seems to fail.
Hi Aliis, thanks for reaching out - would be happy to look into. Have you also tried creating an account without SSO (but using your google email) to see if that works?
Any fix to this? I’m already created an account through google and the rock app works on my phone, but it will not let me sign in on my work Samsung Tablet. There’s no error code or anything, it just doesn’t do anything once i click my google account to sign in
