Collaborate email error

I am trying to add a designer to her projects. When I enter her email it gives me an error INTERNAL. Any suggestions on what I am missing?

Hello - do they already have a ROCK Jobsite account registered?

She claimed that she signed up. She is logged into her app.
I had tried adding her prior and it said user not found. She logged in and now it just pops up in Red INTERNAL

Hi Josh, could you share a screenshot of the error you are seeing (also please close and restart both phones just to make sure its not a caching issue, thanks!)

UPDATE

I got the email address added. Now I am waiting for the project content to load. The projects loaded up but not the content.

I’ll update once that is squared away.
