I am a kickerstarter backer from Japan and have not received the product. I have emailed support@reekon.tools and contact@reekon.tools several times over the past three weeks. Even someone from reekon Helpdesk emailed me after DM’ing on KS. But none of my emails go through because the email address is broken .
Need alternative way to resolve ASAP. I am moving soon and may never receive the product!!

The response from the remote server was:
550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try double-checking the recipient’s email address for typos or unnecessary spaces.
Hi Ender, what email address are you sending from? We receive hundreds of messages to that email address regularly so perhaps there is an issue with the client email server/provider?
I’m emailing from my own domain @raining.net, but it’s google backend so essentially Gmail. I use it all the time as well and Reekon’s emails are the only ones that have bounced back. Perhaps there is a specific unknown issue.
In any case, is there an alternative contact method? The link you provided to submit a request basically makes me fill in my email address again. I’ve already gone down that road… I DM’d someone on kickstarter and received the following email from Denys at Reekon. However, even when I reply directly to his email it bounces back immediately with the same error.
So I need some other way to contact you guys… chat, DMs somewhere, I’m even happy to give you my cell number for text or call. Just need to resolve please.
