T1 shows in app but won't connect

Device shows up in the ALL window, but clicking on it, the icon flickers, but refuses to connect, basically does nothing.

Also, I was looking for a video showing the connection process so I could see what it should look like, but found NOTHING, apparently you guys didn’t cover connecting the app to the device, even the video where the title states “Getting Started”, does NOT cover the ACTUAL start of connecting the app w/t device, which apparently this refuses to do despite recognizing the device exists, but clicking on it DOES NOTHING, it won’t connect.
