Hey so I use the t1 for making floor plans of our lighting setups for our photographers, in case they want to recreate a look. Would love the ability to create a bunch of groups and maybe from the app be able to name each group so when I’m finished taking all the measurements it’s a little easier to remember what I was measuring when I’m making the diagram
Hello JT, you can do this now using the “Groups” feature in the ROCK App.
Hold and select a measurement you want to move to a group. Once selected, a blue dot appears in the top corner, select any additional measurements as well. From the Area Screen, select the “…” in the top right corner and then the “Groups” button.
Here you can create groups and organize your measurements further.
This can also be done on the T1 by selecting “Add Group” from the quick action menu to make a new group to contain sets of measurements.
Not quite what I was talking about, I want the ability to see those renamed groups on the T1 e-ink display… let’s say I have 5 items I need to measure, I want to make 5 groups and label them before I measure so that while I’m taking the measurements I can know what named group it’s going in and that when I’m done measuring everything is already organized on the app in their respective groups and I don’t have to guess what each grouping is
