Apologies if I missed the existing thread, in which case would appreciate someone pointing me to the right spot –
Q: If you’ve installed the iPhone App, updated the iPhone App, updated the T1 software and connected the device to the iPhone App via Bluetooth, how do users transfer the recorded measurements on the T1 to the iPhone for long-term saving?
In this case, I’ve created a project “TEST.T1 Syncing Test”, created a area “Area 1” when I got to the “Measurements” tab under the “Area” Icon in the bottom right, I don’t see my measurements from the e-paper, however the ePaper shows the measurements. I also have a group (“TEST.Group”)
Appreciate the help.
Hello Dan, when the T1 is connected (over bluetooth to the app) and you save a measurement on the T1, does it appear in the Area?
@therock, appreciate the response —yes, as of this morning, the measurements are syncing to iPhone. Any measurement is added to the default group when I’ve created a separate “test” group - do I need to select the group somehow?
Hey Dan, yes on the T1 (assuming you have upgraded the firmware to 0.5.13 or newer), there will be an “add group” option on the quick action menu. By default, all measurements will go to the default group unless a new group is created. when these measurements are created in a new group, they will populate in their respective group in the Area. For now this is a one way naming ability meaning on the T1 they will Group 2, Group 3, etc and reflect as such in the app
