E-Paper screen broken

Any body have this problem?
I have had the T1 since mid July, tough buy for the expense, but over all like it.

Need to get rid of the giant tape end and the magnet.

My E-Paper display went out half way.
I spoke with Denys on Friday the last conversation he asked if I dropped the unit.

Now radio silence
Anybody know of a reset? Or how to fix it.
