The T1 plastics feel a bit “soft touch.” Should we expect them to decay and become sticky in a decade, or are they using a better choice of plastics than that?
Hey Alex, we are using simialr plastics to high end drills. While there is a lot of science that goes into material properties a large amount of it is dependent on how the product is used, handled and stored (the materials/liquids it comes into contact with, etc).
The best benchmark we can provide is the T1 is overmolded with the same plastics (both soft and hard) that are used in top of the line drills today.
