Are all the M-1’s able to receive measurements from the T-1’s. Prices online range from 69 to 250 for the m1 is the reason I was asking. Are there different models ?

Hello! The M1 has a retail price of $149.99 and there is only one model. Be careful where you purchase from as there are only a limited number of offical suppliers with warranty (let me know your country location and happy to provide a list).
The M1 does not directly receive measurements from the T1 but most often we see customers mount their phone or tablet next to it to receive measurements and use the phone as a cut list. See photo below:
