Issue with blade not properly locking

I am having issues where my T1 will be in the ‘Locked’ position, but the blade will start to retract. Appears to be a tension issue with the two prongs located in the blade opening. Not sure if there is a way to tighten this, but doesn’t matter how short or far I pull the blade, it will start to receded back into the housing.
