Tape won't retrack

Another issue which my T1, the tape won’t retrack, if the tape is pulled out over 2m the spring isnt strong enough to retrack the blade,

Used mine today and I have the same issue, the blade won’t retract unless it’s out 3-4 meters. The mechanism feels “lumpy”. @therock any ideas on how to fix this?

Hey Trav, please send us a video to contact@reekon.tools and well take a look - may be something stuck in auto lock otherwise can replace the reel assembly.
