Issues with blade retraction

I have seen many having issues blade retraction. Mine was never great but it would work with some fidgeting. Now it will not retract past 4’. Is there a field fix? I am on a job out of town and really need this to work for me. Costing me $ now.

I’ve been hit with the same problem seems a common fault it has now jammed it’s a closed product , not much of a lifetime product after numerous updates received from indiagogo when I backed this back in 2022
