T1 Calibration error

Hey everyone. I did an app update via Bluetooth and I’m in the process of doing a recalibration an it keep failing at the 4 inches mark. What can I do to get it working again? I can’t do a factory reset and I have a big job coming up later next week.

hello! usually that’s a result of some part of the blade setup/calibration process not being well aligned enough to provide an accurate calibration. if you can provide a video of you doing the process and send to contact@reekon.tools we’d be happy to help get it solved!

Hello! It looks like you are doing the blade setup on the screen in inches but aligning to metric markings on the actual tape measure. On the setup screens, you can switch to “Metric” instead of english and then align with the indicated markings and that should fix it!
